  • Our Out of Warranty repair service is ideal if your product is no longer covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Here’s how our simple repair process works:

    Bring your product to our fantastic Customer Service Plaza and State of the art workshop at the Business Design Centre in Angel London N1 0QH, and tell us what issues you are having. Or we can arrange a collection* from your home or work address.

    You’ll pay a £50 + VAT service charge which covers diagnostics and Labour. Our Typical repair time is less than 3 Days and 50% of our repairs are done While-U-Wait.

    If the repair is going to cost more than the service charge alone, then we’ll let you know and ask if you want to continue.
  • •
    Once repaired your item will be ready for collection at our Service Plaza in Angel or we can arrange delivery back to you. If you chose not to have your product repaired you will have nothing more to pay, however, the £50+ VAT service charge is non-refundable.

    We give you a 3 month warranty on the repair which starts when you collect your item from the Customer Service Plaza.

  • For Samsung Warranty repairs simply call our dedicated team on 0207 354 8094 for a free of charge warranty repair. Our Typical repair time for warranty pick-up and return service is 5-7 working days. If you decide to bring the unit into our Customer Service plaza this is less than 3-5 Days and many of the repairs are done on a While–U-Wait Basis (subject to part availability and the nature of the fault).
